These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Filed OPS by businesses, administrators and authorized users. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
Filed OPS is an operational CRM for service businesses. Features may include clients, leads, scheduling, team, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, inbox, automations, reports and third-party integrations. Availability varies by plan, country, currency and account configuration.
2. Eligibility and authority
You represent that you have legal capacity to contract and, when acting for a business, authority to bind that business. Accounts must be used for lawful professional purposes.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for accurate registration data, credential confidentiality, available authentication controls, authorized devices and activity by your users. Improper password sharing, unauthorized-access attempts and bypassing security controls are prohibited.
4. Users, roles and limits
Business administrators may create users and assign roles according to the subscribed plan. User and feature limits are enforced by the system. Customers are responsible for managing access, disabling users who should no longer have access and ensuring individual accounts are used where required.
5. Trials, plans and billing
Trial periods, prices, currencies, billing cycles and limits are those displayed at purchase or set in an applicable commercial offer. When a trial ends, features may be restricted until subscription or complimentary access is granted. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically based on the selected cycle unless cancelled through the billing flow or specific commercial terms. Applicable taxes/fees may be added where required.
6. Customer content and data
Business customers retain their rights in data/content entered or imported into the CRM. They authorize Filed OPS to process it as necessary to provide, secure and support the service and enabled integrations. Customers represent that they have the rights, notices, permissions and lawful bases needed to enter, import, store and communicate such data.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or invasive activity; spam; malware; vulnerability exploitation; service interference; limit circumvention; incompatible use of integration data; or transmission of highly sensitive categories where the product/integration is not appropriate or provider policies prohibit it.
8. Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe and third parties
Integrations are optional and depend on third-party accounts, permissions, APIs and policies. You authorize Filed OPS to perform actions required for selected features within granted scopes. Use is also subject to the terms of Google, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp, Stripe, email providers and other connected services. Third-party changes, limits, suspensions or outages may affect CRM features and are not under Filed OPS's direct control.
9. Google API and scopes
Customers should grant only necessary access. Filed OPS uses Google data solely for requested features and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Revocation in Google or disconnecting in the CRM may stop synchronization and require reauthorization.
10. Messaging and consent
Business customers are responsible for required consent/notices for email, SMS, WhatsApp and other communications, honoring opt-outs and complying with messaging laws and provider policies. Filed OPS provides tools; it does not guarantee that a campaign, message or contact list is legally authorized.
11. Payments
Where payments are processed by Stripe or another provider, the transaction is also governed by that provider's terms. Filed OPS may record status and identifiers for reconciliation but is not a bank, financial institution or card issuer. Refunds, chargebacks, fees and provider holds follow the applicable provider rules.
12. Availability, maintenance and support
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, vendor outages, internet failures and events beyond reasonable control can occur. We may update features, fix issues and change integrations for security, performance and compatibility. Specific SLAs/support levels apply only if expressly purchased.
13. Intellectual property
The Filed OPS software, branding, code, interfaces, documentation and materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service while the account is active, without transferring ownership of the software.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access for non-payment, security risk, fraud, violation of these Terms, legal requirement or material violation of third-party policies. Customers may cancel through available flows. After termination, data handling/deletion follows the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
15. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We do not guarantee commercial results, number of leads, revenue, third-party approvals or uninterrupted external APIs. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Where permitted, liability for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities is excluded, and direct liability may be limited to fees paid to Filed OPS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless law prohibits that limitation.
16. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, the business customer is responsible for claims arising from content, contacts, messages, data or instructions supplied by it that violate law, third-party rights or provider policies, except to the extent directly caused by Filed OPS.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms for product, security, legal or vendor changes. Material changes may be communicated when appropriate. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; where law requires, renewed consent will be requested.
18. Governing law and contact
These Terms are interpreted under law applicable to the contracting entity and user, including mandatory consumer/data-protection rules where applicable. Contract questions may be sent to suporte@filedopscrm.com. Specific commercial terms accepted during purchase prevail only to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
